5. Unscrew the screws securing the palmrest to the casing
6. Carefully pry and remove the old palmrest
7. Place the new palmrest in position and gently press it down
8. Connect the keyboard ribbon cable to the motherboard
9. Screw the palmrest screws back in
10. Reattach the casing cover and screw it back on
11. Insert the battery and turn on the laptop to check functionality
