Terms and Conditions of the online shop abcdeal.eu
Effective from: 14 May 2026
The contract between the Buyer and the Seller may be concluded in two ways. Before placing an order, the Buyer has the right to negotiate all provisions of the contract with the Seller, including provisions amending these Terms and Conditions. Such negotiations should be conducted in writing and addressed to the Seller's address:

If the Buyer decides not to enter into the contract through individual negotiations, the present Terms and Conditions and generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1 General provisions and definitions
- Seller / Controller: ABCDEAL Wojciech Zamarski, ul. Zawodzie 29, Ochaby Wielkie, 43-430 Skoczów, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 548-001-93-37, REGON: 070450941. Contact: phone +48 33 853 26 20, +48 601 415 357, e-mail: sklep@abcdeal.pl.
- Shop: the website operating at www.abcdeal.eu, through which the Seller conducts retail sales of original parts and accessories for Lenovo laptops and other brands.
- Buyer: a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, placing an order in the Shop.
- Consumer: a natural person performing a legal act with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity (Art. 221 of the Polish Civil Code).
- Consumer-Entrepreneur: a natural person conducting sole proprietorship activity, concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of that contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person. The Consumer-Entrepreneur is entitled to consumer rights arising from the Consumer Rights Act (effective from 1 January 2021).
- Entrepreneur: a Buyer who is neither a Consumer nor a Consumer-Entrepreneur.
- Goods: a movable item that is the subject of an order in the Shop.
- Proof of purchase: a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice.
- Contract: a sales contract concluded at a distance between the Buyer and the Seller via the Shop.
- Delivery Price List: a summary of available types of delivery and their costs, available at https://www.abcdeal.eu/i1,wysylka-i-zwroty.html.
- GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
- Consumer Rights Act: the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.
§2 General conditions
- The contract is concluded in Polish, in accordance with Polish law and these Terms and Conditions. The English version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for the convenience of foreign customers; in case of any discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.
- The place of delivery must be located within the territory of the Republic of Poland. In the case of international shipping (European Union countries) – according to the Delivery Price List.
- The Seller is obliged and undertakes to deliver Goods free from defects.
- All prices quoted by the Seller are expressed in Polish currency and are gross prices (including 23% VAT). The prices of Goods do not include the delivery cost, which is specified in the Delivery Price List.
- The Seller confirms receipt of the order and its acceptance for processing to the Buyer by e-mail.
- All electronic correspondence sent by the Seller meets the requirements for electronic communication.
§3 Conclusion of the contract, payment and order fulfilment
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- To place an order, the Buyer should perform at least the following actions: adding Goods to the cart, selecting the type of delivery, selecting the form of payment, selecting the place of delivery and placing the order (confirmation by the "Order with obligation to pay" button).
- The conclusion of a contract with a Consumer (and a Consumer-Entrepreneur) takes place at the moment the order is placed.
- The conclusion of a contract with an Entrepreneur takes place at the moment the order is accepted for processing by the Seller.
- Fulfilment of a Consumer's order paid by cash on delivery commences immediately, and of an order paid by bank transfer or card – after the payment has been credited.
- Orders are dispatched no later than within one business day after finalisation (payment confirmation). Orders placed by 10:00 (DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx, UPS courier) and by 14:00 (InPost Parcel Locker, Poczta Polska) are dispatched the same day, except weekends and public holidays.
- Payment methods available in the Shop:

- cash on delivery upon receipt of the parcel.
- Shipping is provided by: DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx, UPS, InPost and Poczta Polska. Shipping costs are set out in the Delivery Price List.
- Each order is accompanied by a fiscal receipt or – at the Buyer's request – a VAT invoice.
§4 Right of withdrawal from the contract
- Pursuant to Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Consumer and the Consumer-Entrepreneur have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason by submitting a relevant statement within 14 calendar days.
- The 14-day period begins on the day the Consumer (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by them) takes possession of the Goods.
- To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry. The statement may be sent:
- by e-mail to sklep@abcdeal.pl,
- in writing to the Seller's registered address (Ochaby Wielkie, ul. Zawodzie 29, 43-430 Skoczów, Poland),
- using the withdrawal form template (Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions or Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act).
- The Seller will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal statement to the Consumer at the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
- In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller without delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract. To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods back before its expiry to:

43-430 Skoczów, Poland - The Consumer returns the Goods at their own expense – the Seller does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from their use beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
- The Seller shall, without delay and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, refund to the Consumer all payments made, including delivery costs. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received or until proof of their return is provided.
- The refund is made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method that does not entail any cost for them.
- If the Consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Consumer with regard to contracts listed in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, in particular where the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving their individualised needs.
- The provisions of this paragraph apply accordingly to the Consumer-Entrepreneur.
§5 Statutory warranty for defects (complaints)
- Pursuant to Art. 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, the Seller completely excludes liability towards Entrepreneurs (Buyers who are neither Consumers nor Consumer-Entrepreneurs) for physical and legal defects (statutory warranty).
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer and the Consumer-Entrepreneur under the statutory warranty for defects on the terms set out in Art. 556 et seq. of the Polish Civil Code.
- A complaint should contain: the Buyer's details, the order number, a description of the defect, the date the defect was noticed and the Buyer's request (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).
- Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: sklep@abcdeal.pl or to the company's registered address.
- The Seller shall respond to the complaint of the Consumer and the Consumer-Entrepreneur within 14 days of its submission. Failure to respond within this period is deemed acceptance of the complaint.
- The Buyer sends the goods being complained about to the company's address, after agreeing the method of shipping with the Seller. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller reimburses the cost of returning the Goods.
- The Seller is liable for a defect if it is found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Consumer (Consumer-Entrepreneur).
§6 Personal data and cookies
- The controller of the Buyer's personal data is the Seller.
- Detailed information on the processing of personal data, legal grounds, retention periods, data recipients and the rights of the data subject (including the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) can be found in our Privacy Policy.
- Information on cookies used in the Shop and methods of consent management can be found in our Cookies Policy.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to process the order.
§7 Out-of-court dispute resolution
- The Consumer has the option of using out-of-court methods of complaint handling and pursuing claims, in particular:
- applying to a permanent consumer arbitration court with a request to resolve the dispute,
- applying to a regional inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings,
- using the assistance of a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organisation whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.
- At https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) for consumer-trader disputes at EU level. It is an interactive and multilingual website with a single point of contact for consumers and traders seeking out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts.

- The use of out-of-court methods of complaint handling and pursuing claims is voluntary.
§8 Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and the GDPR.
- None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is intended to infringe the rights of the Consumer (or Consumer-Entrepreneur). Nor may it be interpreted in such a way, since in the event of inconsistency of any part of these Terms and Conditions with applicable law, the Seller declares unconditional submission to and application of that law in place of the contested provision.
- Registered Buyers shall be notified of changes to these Terms and Conditions and their scope electronically (to the e-mail address provided at registration). The notification shall be sent at least 14 days before the new Terms and Conditions come into force. Changes are made to adapt the Terms and Conditions to the current legal status.
- The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available to the Buyer at https://www.abcdeal.eu/regulamin.html. During order fulfilment and throughout the post-sale support period, the Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer at the time of placing the order shall apply.
- The Seller ensures technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk to the security of services provided, in particular preventing unauthorised access by third parties to the Buyers' personal data.
- Disputes arising from contracts covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the court having local and material jurisdiction. In the case of a Consumer, this is the court determined under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure; in the case of an Entrepreneur – the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 14 May 2026.
