⚙️ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

High-performance thermal interface pad, 100×100 mm, 3.0 mm thick. Formulated with aluminum nitride (AlN) — a premium ceramic compound that pushes thermal conductivity to 13 W/m·K, nearly twice the performance of standard silicone pads (6–8 W/m·K). Designed for heat dissipation from CPUs, GPUs, chipsets, RAM modules, M.2 SSDs and VRM circuits. One side features a grey protective film — remove before installation. The working surface has a characteristic diamond texture that ensures excellent contact with the cooled component.

🔧 INSTALLATION

1. Clean CPU/GPU and heatsink surfaces with 99% isopropyl alcohol
2. Cut the pad to the required shape
3. Remove the grey protective film
4. Press the pad onto the component surface
5. Mount the heatsink and tighten screws
